Rose Barn (Sleeps 7, occasional 9) Friday Changeover.

Rose Barn is a beautifully converted stone built old North Devon farm building with its own private parking and patio area.

There is a comfortable lounge with a wood burning stove, TV, Freeview, Video, DVD player and mini Hi-Fi. A telephone is provided for incoming calls only. The fitted kitchen includes electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & fridge-freezer. A conservatory leads from the kitchen to the large separate dining room which has a sofa bed for the occasional use of two people. This area also has an adjoining bathroom. Also downstairs is a twin bedroom with a newly fitted en-suite bathroom. Upstairs has one double bedroom, a bedroom with three single beds and a family bathroom. All bathrooms comprise bath, shower attachment, wc & hand basin.

The property is fully centrally heated. Between the months of September and May central heating is available in the cottage. The cost of central heating is included within the cottage rental and is based on the heating being switched on from 6:30am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 11:00pm daily. Central heating is switched off from the beginning of June to the end of August. The electricity is included in the price. Bed linen is provided and all beds will be made up awaiting your arrival.
