Threshing Barn (on right, sleeps 4) is part of the converted threshing barn. It has a comfortable lounge/dining area with wood burning stove, TV, Freeview, video, DVD player and mini Hi-Fi and fully-fitted kitchen including electric hob and oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Upstairs there is one double bedroom leading into one twin bedroom and a bathroom comprising bath, shower attachment, wc and wash basin. The property is fully centrally heated. Between the months of September and May central heating is available in the cottage (for heating times see terms and conditions page). The cost of central heating is included in the cottage rental. Central heating is switched off from the beginning of June to the end of August. The woodburner is always there to provide a warm cosy glow. The cottage has a £1 coin electricity meter. Bed linen is provided and all beds will be made up awaiting your arrival.

Book 7 nights in this cottage for any of the weeks commencing 17th, 24th April, 1st, 8th and 15th May 2010 and you are eligible for two complimentary return tickets for a trip on the MS Oldenburg from nearby Bideford or Ilfracombe to Lundy Island voted the Boat Trip of the year. Lundy Island is renowned for special wild life and breathtaking scenery and makes a wonderful daytrip. Please note that dogs are not permitted on Lundy Island.

Roundhouse Cottage (below, sleeps 2) Called the Roundhouse because it used to house the turntable that the horses powered to drive the machinery in the adjacent barns, it has one bedroom with ample room for a cot if needed, a shower room, fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and breakfast bar. The comfortable sitting room has a wood burner, TV, Freeview, video, DVD player & mini Hi-Fi. It is perfect for couples, or can be used as an annexe to The Threshing Barn or other cottages for extended families on holiday. All the accommodation is on the ground floor. If The Roundhouse is shown as not available for the week of your choice on our tarriff sheet then please ring us as we may be able to accommodate you in another cottage at the same rate for two people.

From 6th November 2009 to 19th March 2010 (excluding Christmas, New Year & school holidays) we have a special offer for short breaks for two people. Enjoy a 3 night Weekend Break in either The Roundhouse or The Grain Store for £149 with a £20 voucher for a meal at The Chichester Arms Pub included .  A breakfast pack can also be purchased. Spring Short Breaks during April and May 2010 (excluding school holidays and Easter weekend) are available for two people for three nights at a special rate of £169 (including Central Heating) in either Roundhouse or The Grain Store. Please ring for details.
