Orchard Cottage (on right, sleeps 4) is a beautifully converted old stone North Devon farm building. It has a comfortable lounge with wood burning stove, TV, Freeview, video, DVD player and mini Hi-Fi; dining area and fully-fitted kitchen including electric hob and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Upstairs there is one double bedroom leading into one twin bedroom and a bathroom comprising bath, shower attachment, wc and wash basin. The property is fully centrally heated. Between the months of September and May central heating is available in the cottage. The cost of central heating is included in the cottage rental and is based on the heating being switched on from 6:30am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 11:00pm daily. Central heating is switched off from the beginning of June to the end of August.
The cottage has a £1 coin electricity meter. Bed linen is provided, and all beds will be made up awaiting your arrival.
Roundhouse Cottage (on left and below, sleeps 2) Constructed of local stone, it has one bedroom with room for a cot if needed, a shower room, newly fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer and breakfast bar. The comfortable sitting room has a wood burner, TV, video, DVD player & mini Hi-Fi. It is perfect for couples, or can be used as an annexe to Orchard or other cottages for extended families on holiday. All the accommodation is on the ground floor.
