Fuchsia Cottage (Sleeps 6)

A comfortable cottage converted from the old Linhay with its own courtyard garden..

It has three bedrooms; a double and two twins. The double room, with ample room for a cot, benefits from an en-suite shower room. There is also a seperate bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob & built in oven, microwave and a fridge freezer. The comfortable dining/living area has a TV, Freeview, Video, DVD Player & mini Hi-Fi.

The property is fully centrally heated. Between the months of September and May central heating is available in the cottage. The cost of central heating is included within the cottage rental and is based on the heating being switched on from 6:30am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 11:00pm daily. Central heating is switched off from the beginning of June to the end of August. Electricity is included in the cottage rental.
