A comfortable cottage converted from the old Linhay and stable with exposed beams in the sitting room and its own courtyard garden nearby.
It has three bedrooms; a double and two twins. The double room, with ample room for a cot, benefits from an en-suite shower room. There is also a separate bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob & built in oven, microwave and a fridge freezer. The comfortable dining/living area has a TV, Freeview, Video, DVD Player & mini Hi-Fi.
The property is fully centrally heated. Between the months of September and May central heating is available in the cottage (for heating times see terms and conditions page). The cost of central heating is included within the cottage rental. Central heating is switched off from the beginning of June to the end of August. Electricity is included in the cottage rental. Bed linen is provided, and all beds will be made up awaiting your arrival. Towels are available to hire only by separate arrangement.
Guests share use of our Outdoor, Heated, Covered Swimming Pool and Games Room/Childrens play area.
Book 7 nights in this cottage for either of the weeks commencing 7th, 14th or 21st May 2011 and we will give you two complimentary return tickets for a trip on the MS Oldenburg from nearby Bideford or Ilfracombe to Lundy Island voted the Boat Trip of the year. Lundy Island is renowned for special wild life and breathtaking scenery and makes a wonderful daytrip. Please note that dogs are not permitted on Lundy Island.
