The Threshing Barn is part of the converted threshing barn. It has a comfortable lounge/dining area with wood burning stove, TV, Freeview, video, DVD player and mini Hi-Fi and fully-fitted kitchen including electric hob and oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Upstairs there is one double bedroom leading into one twin bedroom and a bathroom comprising bath, shower attachment, wc and wash basin. The property is fully centrally heated. Between the months of September and May central heating is available in the cottage (for heating times see terms and conditions page).  The cost of central heating is included in the cottage rental. Central heating is switched off from the beginning of June to the end of August. The woodburner is always there to provide a warm cosy glow. The cottage has a £1 coin electricity meter.  Bed linen is provided and all beds will be made up awaiting your arrival. Towels are available for hire only by separate arrangement.

Guests share use of our Outdoor, Heated, Covered Swimming Pool and Games Room/Childrens play area.

Book 7 nights in this cottage for either of the weeks commencing 7th, 14th  or 21st May 2011 and we will give you two complimentary return tickets for a trip on the MS Oldenburg from nearby Bideford or Ilfracombe to Lundy Island voted the Boat Trip of the year. Lundy Island is renowned for special wild life and breathtaking scenery and makes a wonderful daytrip. Please note that dogs are not permitted on Lundy Island.
