Lower Hearson Farm Holiday Cottages are the perfect rural retreat with easy access to the North Devon coast and Exmoor.

What better way to get together, than booking one or more of our cottages (up to 23 people + 3 cots can be accommodated).

Our courtyard layout makes group bookings ideal as do our on site facilities. Children are more than catered for by our games room/play area and outdoor pool (summer only).

You can order from us a celebration cake, chocolates, wine  or champagne and a breakfast pack which can all be ready for your arrival.

North Devon is an ideal area to visit out of season. Most attractions are open year round and an empty beach, out of season, is a great place to walk and enjoy the views. Exmoor is especially atmospheric in the autumn and winter. In early spring the snowdrops and primroses in the North Devon lanes are something to see.

A 4 night  midweek break or a 3 night weekend break at Lower Hearson Farm Holiday Cottages are charged at 70% of the appropriate weekly rate if no special offer is running. Access to the accommodation is at 4pm and departure is at 10am.
